Summary: Work performance for this effort will take place on-site in Arlington, VA and Ft. Knox, KY. The nature of this work is to provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.
Job Description:
Use Recruiter Zone (RZ) RZ, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), iPERMS and RDMS concerning submitted, in-progress, or finalized clearances, soldier records, and travel requests.
Use DISS that all Warriors to verify favorable adjudicated background investigations.
Manage the ARNG Live Scan (LS) program and obtain applicants fingerprint results
Assist with coordinating locations for Federal Investigation Service (FIS) field investigators
Assist the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) Rapid Response Team with Personally Identifiable Information (PII), signature page issues, and missing fingerprints,
Serve as instructor for the MEPS GC Sustainment Training Workshop, State Level Suitability Manager's Course, Recruiter Leadership Course, State Team Sustainment Training, and RRB Training Conference.
Qualifications:
Preferred
Associates Degree in a business related field
Experience using Recruiter Zone (RZ) RZ, DISS, iPERMS and RDMS
Required
6 years military experience on active, Guard, or Reserve
High School graduate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
2-3 years experience using RZ, DISS, iPERMS, and RDMS
SECRET Clearance (current)
Read, write, and speak English fluently
