Summary: Work performance for this effort will take place on-site in Arlington, VA and Ft. Knox, KY. The nature of this work is to provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.
Job Description:
Update all concerned personnel on status of board proceedings.
Keep apprised of panel activities and maintain all changes.
Coordinate with representatives from all 54 States and Territories to schedule training and other needs.
Utilize Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Operate specialized government computer systems.
Provide a cost-benefit analysis of all contractor travel.
Qualifications:
Preferred
Associates Degree in a business related field
Experience Defense Travel System (DTS), Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), ATRRS Letter of Acceptance (LOA) Portal, Human Resources Command (HRC) Soldier Management System (SMS), ARNG G1 Personnel Gateway – Data Portal (RCMS), the Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO), Interactive Personnel Record Management System (iPERMS), and Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS), and Cadet Command Information Management System (CCIMS)
Required
6 years military experience on active, Guard, or Reserve
High School graduate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
2-3 years experience using DTS, ATRRS, ATRRS LOA Portal, HRC SMS, RCMS, DPRO, iPERMS, DISS, DJMS, and CCIMS.
SECRET Clearance (current)
Read, write, and speak English fluently
