Job Title: Security Supervisor - CCTV Operator

Location: Commerce City, CO
Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-3pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $21 hour

About the Job:

• Excellent customer service is always top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Candidates will be exposed to hostile individuals on a daily/weekly basis.

About the Qualifications:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• If you have Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have a state security license or ability to obtain one
• Must be willing to respond to calls after hours
• Must be able to coach, teach and mentor team
• Must be willing to report for duty in case of emergencies or call offs
• Must be able to stand/patrol 6-8 hours per shift
• Must have at least 1 year experience supervising experience
• Must have above average customer service skills
• Must have flexible schedule
• Must be knowledgeable of CCTV within 30 days of hire
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
