· Assist in transporting assets, money, chips, tokens and markers.
· Control access to restricted areas.
· Check for and report safety hazards, react to guest and employee incidents and accidents.
· Monitor guest and employee passage in and out of casino according to company policy and state laws.
· Interview patrons or employees when responding to and administering emergency treatment. Administer basic first aid treatment, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Maintain certifications in these areas.(EROs only)
· Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Enter data into computer to maintain records.
· Answer guest’s questions regarding special events and promotions and display courtesy with both internal and external guests.
· Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
· Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
· Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
· Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
· Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.
