We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Directorto join our team. This position is in our Manhattan, and Brooklyn NY site(s) and is on-site.

Position Summary:

The Site Director works with the Client on site at specific locations assisting with resident interactions and de-escalation. The Site Director reports internally to the Client Services Director working in tandem with the Clients expectations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with client (resident) interaction.
• Communicate with the client and the security officers to ensure posts are properly staffed including qualifications, abilities, and site/contract specific required qualifications.
• Observe, report and support client expectations.
• Report all Breaches per applicable methods.
• Assist with client (resident) de-escalation.
• Make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Proactively identify disciplinary issues and/or attendance issues and refer them to the Client Site Director and Human Resources. Issues may be identified by Tour Command, or other on-site management.
• Address uniform issues with Security Officers, request replacement items through applicable channels, if needed and proactively request items based on extreme weather needs or normal usage.
• Facilitate distribution and communication of policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Retired Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• 3 years private security experience
• Experience in a supervisory capacity equivalent.

Work Environment

• Typical commercial environment.
• Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met with prior authorization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED
• Experience: 5+ years of Security experience
• Retired or active law enforcement.

• The rate for this role is $105,00 - $125,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
