Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Desired Education & Experience:
5+ years of experience supporting senior DoD leadership.
Experience in federal government security office, performing security related functions.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Prior experience providing administrative support to senior DoD leadership.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff members, and the ability to work independently and take a proactive role.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks according to senior staff requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing a comprehensive set of security processes and procedures covering all aspects of industrial security including Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Information Assurance (IA), Information Security (INFOSEC), and Operation Security (OPSEC)
Personnel Security professionals are key partners in the execution of security relative duties supporting multiple programs and customers as part of a dynamic team.
Personnel Security support will focus on a mixture of Collateral, SAP, and SCI classified programs.
Provide initial and annual security training to the A&S executive workforce, to include the USD, DUSD, ASDs, DASDs, and several political appointees.
Provide PERSEC expertise and support to the Activity Security Reps (ASR) throughout the A&S enterprise (approximately 50 personnel).
Liaise with all levels of personnel (Senior Management, Program/Project Managers, cleared and non-cleared staff) and with several organizations (WHS, PFPA, other OSD components)
Create and disseminate security incident reports to applicable security staff.

Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000, dependent upon clearance level and experience.
