Securities Litigation Associate

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a mid/senior-level associate to join our Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. Our Securities Litigation team routinely handles sophisticated and complex matters spanning all aspects of Securities Litigation and enforcement. Our clients range from large, well-capitalized companies and their executives to local businesses and their owners. Our attorneys enjoy a hybrid work arrangement that embraces flexibility.
This hybrid position may be based out of the below offices:

• Chicago, IL
• Philadelphia, PA
• New York, NY
• Washington, DC

Candidates with the below experience and credentials are invited to apply:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation including Securities Litigation at a law firm
• Specific experience to include drafting of pleadings, motions and briefs; conducting discovery including drafting and document review/analysis (including ESI); and assisting with witness preparation and examination.  Familiarity with civil rules of procedure and rules of evidence required; federal court experience and/or “second-chair” experience at hearings/trials preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Record of strong academic performance
• Licensed to practice law

The estimated base salary range for this position is $220,00 to $260,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
