Business Litigation Associate

A Leading National Law Firm Business Litigation practice group seeks an associate with 4-7 years of experience for its Chicago office. Significant litigation experience is required. Experience with privacy litigation and/or class action litigation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with federal and state health privacy and data protection privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, FCRA, CFBA, BIPA). Responsibilities will encompass motion practice, discovery, brief writing, witness deposition preparation, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
