A West St. Louis County small law firm is seeking a full-time receptionist/ secretary for 40 hours a week.
Essential Duties:
1. Legal assistant and secretary for attorneys by assisting in document preparation and filing.
2. Receptionist by answering the phone and greeting clients when they arrive for meetings.
3. Perform general office administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, and mailing documents.
Required Knowledge Skills/ Abilities:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
2. Ability to assist attorneys, prepare documents accurately, and be able to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
