Job Summary:

- Determines needs for office supplies for building and assists the Principal in monitoring the building budget.
- Make the office an effective and productive operation, requiring many short- and long-term decisions as the office manager
Job Description:
- Assist students, staff, and the general public
- Enrollment: Responsible for all enrollments. Determines transportation needs and maintains a list. Maintains all cumulative folders and permanent records.
- Attendance: Responsible for students' attendance records.
- Payroll: Responsible for employee building payroll and proper coding of each.
- Office Management / Lead Secretary: Responsible for all confidential materials, building / principal correspondence for the building and oversees the work of other office personnel.
- School: Responsible for updating staff, calendar, and news on school web page
- First Aid: Administers first aid and medications for the health and medical needs of the students. Notifies parents of student's illness/emergency. Calls 9-1-1 if necessary.
