Clear Global Solutions has an opportunity for a Secretary III to join our team on the WAPA Federal Government contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
· Assisting in scheduling meetings and events for program managers (Webinars, teambuilding events, etc.)
· Tracking the attendance of program offerings and providing them via spreadsheet to the Management and Program Analyst.
· Tracking, compiling, and reporting program metrics.
· Verifying coaching hours with our coaching vendor.
· Tracking assigned coaching hours for the coaching program.
· Updating the Leadership Development Website.
· Assisting with the Learning Management System to ensure courses are entered and all participants receive credit.
· Coordinating the annual Learning Needs Assessment Survey. Inclusive of refining the survey, sending it out and compiling the data for the program managers.
· Assisting with the TRAC 360 assessment inclusive of sending out the survey, collecting results, compiling reports, and tracking involvement in the program.
· Assisting with administrative and logistical tasks for conferences.
· Assisting in preparation and logistical needs including administration of files and communication with participants.
· Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup.
· Assisting with paperwork related to GPC purchases.
· Assisting with preparation for courses and events.
· Proofreading documents for grammatical errors and formatting.
· Attending meetings to take notes and assist with action items.
· Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
· Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
· Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
· Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Strong communications skills and comfortable in dealing with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
· Willingness to learn and openness to take on new things.
· Ability to exercise confidentiality/discretion/personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
***20% of Travel May be Required**
