Now hiring Seasonal Winery Workers for Denner Vineyards for Harvest 2024! Anticipated Openings from August - December. 

If you want to work in a small team dedicated to crafting amazing wines in the WIllow Creek AVA, Denner vineyards is hiring for Seasonal Harvest Workers for our 2024 Harvest! You will participate in all phases of winemaking processes from the sorting table to filling barrels, and everything in between. We have a small but mighty team, so everyone pitches in to get things done. 

What You Will Do:

• Performs all aspects of cellar work, including but not limited to wine movements such as movements, transfers, and barrel filling; stacking, washing, and maintenance; tank sanitation and preparation, forklift operation; cleaning and maintenance of cellar;
• purging and gassing of tanks; stirring and topping of wines; clarifying, and blending of juice and wine.
• Operates and maintains cellar and harvest equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes cellar and crush  equipment.
• Works extended hours as required during harvest season, including weekends. 
• Required to be physically capable of executing all job tasks within the winery. 

What You Need: 

• Required to be 18 years of age or older.
• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks.
• Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
• May be required to work a rotating shift/schedule (e.g., day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10) as well as weekends and overtime.
• May be required to work up to 12 hours per day and up to 7 days per week as production schedule requires.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
• Required to comply with company GMP Policies.
• Required to travel and work at assigned job sites and wineries
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation: 

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $19.75 - $19.75 / hour 

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
