Seasonal Support Services Representative - Remote Position

• Collect, analyzes, and record incoming data including: Chemical quantities, and labor hours.
• Answer incoming calls from field employees and subcontractors.
• Track and improve compliance reporting.
• Tech support via phone
• Maintain dispatch records.
• Respond to field employees via radio

Requirements:

• High school Diploma/GED
• Own working computer device
• No MacBook or Chromebook/ Computer must be compatible with Microsoft office 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Earth
• High proficiency in Excel
• Data entry experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Team player
• Cell Phone that has the capability to download multiple apps.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a computer desk, using radios, phones and computer.

Work Location:

• Fully Remote

Available Shift(s):

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
