Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to educate customers on product features and benefits
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Basic knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
