Title: SEASONAL Lead Material Handler
Matheson is looking for SEASONAL Lead Material Handlers for our location in Portland ,OR
- As a Lead Material Handler, you will oversee, facilitate, and lead the work of the station's Material handlers while assisting them load and unload mail in and out of trucks and/or aircraft containers, driving efficiency and productivity at your assigned warehouse station.
Schedule:
- Night shift
- *Start/end times may vary due to operational demand & schedule availability based on operational demand.
Compensation:
- $21.50 hourly + $4.98 hourly stipend
- $21.50 is the base hourly rate, plus the additional benefit stipend paid out for the first 40 hours worked per week.

Requirements:
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Any prior leadership role experience
- Previous experience directing the work of others and communicating daily productivity goals
- Must be able to work one of the schedules listed
- Must have Safety Boots (3/4 ankle-high boots)
- USPS requirements for handling mail are 5 years of continuous US residency
