As a Crew Member, you are responsible for executing property maintenance while working alongside a team of 2-3. Some Crew Members may specialize in either bed maintenance, enhancement, or whole property maintenance work.Preference will be for Crew Members to have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders
- Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth
- Planting and maintaining flower beds
- Mulching, weeding and general garden maintenance
- Picking up leaves, trash
- Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive attitude with guests and customers

You would be a good fit if you have the below qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as well as on your feet most of the day
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliable
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Valid Driver’s license, preferred (Must have 3 years clean to operate company owned on-road vehicles)
- Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required
