Position Summary
A Seasonal Part-Time Front-End Support Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Front-End Departments with various tasks as needed. Tasks may include responsibilities related to the residential survey and lien search service lines. Daily responsibilities may include report preparation, data entry and new order creation and property research. The Front-End Support Administrator will use proprietary software and use third-party county websites to complete their daily responsibilities.
The right candidate will be an outstanding communicator with an unwavering positive outlook and a strong ability to multitask. A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing exceptional service with each customer interaction will be a key to success.
Schedule
Seasonal Part-Time position.
Schedule to be determined. Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Requirements:Position Responsibilities
- Prioritize requests to meet deadlines.
- Organize and prepare electronic file folders, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Perform administrative support tasks.
- Fully adhere to company policies, procedures, and work directives.
- Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties related to company services and overall business.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum high school diploma/GED diploma required.
- Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
- Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
- Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and maintain appropriate Automobile Insurance.
