Mosquito Joe of Leominster-Worcester is looking for an organized, positive, and professional individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for educating them on our services, answering their questions and establishing their service schedule for the season. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent Customer Service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing daily office tasks. You will work closely with our team of mosquito control technicians to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with our company.

What your days will look like

• Manage and quickly respond to incoming quote requests and emails from leads.
• Take incoming lead and customer calls and identify their needs in order to suggest services and/or products that are suitable for their situation.
• Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing and billing inquiries.
• Communicate with office and field staff to resolve service and scheduling issues
• Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email.
• Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system

Some non-negotiables

• High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent
• Competent computer skills including MS Office suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
