Sound good? (We think so, too!) Here's what you would do:

• Plan and lead youth enrichment with the implementation of effective teaching methods
• Set up and monitor class equipment, ensuring equipment remains in working condition. Report
• all equipment repair needs to supervisor immediately.
• Interact, and encourage the children in the activities during classes
• Help children manage behavior using a positive approach, including redirection and using constructive discipline with natural and logical consequences.

"OK, I'm sold!" What do I need to qualify?

• Must be 18 or older
• Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid from one of the following certifying organizations:
  American Heart Association
  American Red Cross
• Knowledge and expertise in Dance, Art, Cooking, Music or Sports
• Ability to communicate effectively to youth participants and their parents/guardians.
• Ability to plan, lead and participate in Specialty Activities
• Ability to lift equipment, and to lift a small to average size child.
• Ability to see and supervise children.
• Ability to instruct and observe participants in proper Enrichment techniques.
