Summer Sales Assistants (Part-Time)
Location: Wilton, CT & Surrounding Towns
Wildbloom is a sustainable and eco friendly all natural skincare brand small business based in Wilton, CT. These Wildbloom sponsored markets will be an eco-conscious “tent” dedicated to offering sustainable clothing, Wildbloom skincare products, accessories, Culture Crawl events, and Ms. President merchandise. We are committed to promoting eco-friendliness, creativity, and community engagement.
Wildbloom is seeking enthusiastic Summer Sales Assistants to support our brand's presence at various local fairs, markets, and events during the summer season. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, eco-conscious products, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Participation: Assist in representing Wildbloom at local fairs, farmer's markets, downtown events, and community gatherings.
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with event attendees, provide information about our products, and assist with sales transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Wildbloom's product range, including eco clothing, skincare, accessories, Culture Crawl events, and Ms. President merchandise.
- Setup and Display: Collaborate with the team to set up and organize the event booth or shop, ensuring an appealing presentation of our products.
- Marketing Support: Aid in promoting Wildbloom's products and events by distributing promotional materials and explaining the Culture Crawl concept.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking event-related expenses, including participation fees, staffing costs, and setup requirements.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the Lead Point in Charge and other team members to achieve successful event outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Interest in sales, eco-friendly products, and community engagement.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Basic organizational skills to help with event planning and budget tracking.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
