Search Engine Optimization (Seo) Specialist, Web Experience

We are looking for a talented and passionate SEO Specialist, Web Experience to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with content and web design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content and web development initiatives

- Monitor and report on website performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization

- Stay updated on industry trends and Google algorithm changes to ensure our website remains compliant and competitive

- Conduct regular audits of website content and technical SEO to ensure site health and optimal user experience

- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates

- Optimize website load speed and overall performance to improve user experience

- Develop and implement link building strategies to increase website authority and backlinks

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute paid search campaigns and landing page optimization strategies

- Stay current on emerging SEO techniques and strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or B2C e-commerce environment

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development

- Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of Search Engine algorithms and ranking factors

- Experience with website optimization and A/B testing

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with website optimization for international markets is a plus
