Job description
Summary: Under moderate supervision and following standard procedures with some independent judgement, manages one or more scrum teams of light to medium complexity, executing specialized projects, leading team engagement, acting as project facilitator, guiding cross functional teams in executing the principles of the Scrum framework from initiation through delivery, by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Effectively manages one or more scrum teams that are of a light to medium complexity level.
2. Coordinates the Scrum process using Agile methodology
a. Acts as a servant leader to the team
b. May adapt precedent and make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
c. Facilitates planning and team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives
d. Ensures the adaption of the Scrum process to ensure quality of team/solutions
e. Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities
f. Removes impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given sprint.
3. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team
a. May recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
b. Preserves flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes
4. Serves as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
5. Provides development feedback to team members and/or their supervisors.
6. May provide input to management on performance reviews.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Level 5: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
