Rate Range: $55-$57/Hr.
Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
• You will have a lead role in supporting a Corporate Financial Reporting application that is .NET based.
• Our preferred candidate should have high proficiency with SQL and technical writing skills.

• Analysis and design of technical functionality and features
• Creation of BRD, Epics, user stories, Requirements definition and translation to Jira
• Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
• Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders.
• Clear project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team’s progress.
• Help the team boost their productivity and performance.
• Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Help development team create high-quality products.
• Help team adopt scrum values and principles.
• Arrange and optimize product backlog.

• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
• High proficiency with SQL and database management
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to execute scrum projects and user acceptance testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• High proficiency in technical writing
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• Ability to function with minimal management oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Financial Systems a Plus.
