IT Sr Scrum Master
Project:
This team works on many projects so it is important that this person be flexible/adaptable. Some examples of projects are as follows: migrations, post migration support, and special ad hoc project.
Ideal Background:
Strong IT background with experience managing agile teams in a fast paced environment, healthcare is good but not required, at least a BA in relevant field, strong communications and leadership skills, self starter, driver. Preferred certifications in Project Management, Scrum Master or related certifications for agile project management. Strong MS office skills, good working knowledge of agile tools and other PM tools.

Seasoned Scrum Master with experience in various industries with working knowledge of tools, the ability to translate business talk to Development and vice versa. Upbeat personality with solid communication skills. Understanding how to escalate effectively, understanding how to explain what is important, facilitate conversations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Business Vision Document)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans (including resource assignments, schedules, dependencies, etc.)
Identify and forecast variances and trends throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that project schedules and resource requirements are met (e.g., forecasted project plans/schedules vs. actual project status)
Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with input from applicable stakeholders (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)
Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies
Develop, document and implement project communication plans
Establish and implement change management processes to drive effective project execution (e.g., launch, deployment, revisions, change control)
Act as a liaison to bridge the gaps between technical and non-technical teams
Manage leadership/sponsor expectations through effective communication techniques
Define priorities for project teams with competing priorities in a matrixed environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Proficiency with MS Office Suite/Products
Experience communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Experience working with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Ability to balance multiple priorities utilizing excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Experience working with more than one team
Experience with off-shore and otherwise distributed teams
Background in Kanban and other Agile processes
Working knowledge of Rally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical with a strong drive for results
Preferred Qualifications:
Active PMP Certification
Proficiency with MS Teams
Experience with business operations strategy definition
Experience identifying solutions to non-standard requests/problems

Telecommuting allowed at this time due to COVID.
What are the work hours?
8am-5pm Monday through Friday, additional support during migration go live

Initial interview will be a 30 minute audio call may be followed by another round or two with other team members.
