Job Description
The Scrum Master is passionate about Agile methodologies, continuous improvement and facilitating high performing teams. They play a crucial role in helping our development teams embrace and implement Agile principles. They facilitate the Scrum process, remove impediments, and empower the team to consistently deliver valuable software. Their mission is to ensure that Agile practices are effectively applied, leading to improved productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, helping them self-organize and become a high-performing, cross-functional team.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.
- Identify and address impediments that are preventing the team from achieving its goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve dependencies and ensure a smooth development process.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals and priorities.
- Build strong relationships with produce owners, developers and other relevant parties to facilitate a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor team progress and metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, promoting transparency and visibility.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in Agile methodologies and incorporate relevant practices into the team’s workflow.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with Aigle tools, specifically, Jira.

- Adhere with all Brado and client required training and guidelines for market research and healthcare industry regulations and laws. Specifically (but not limited to) Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment.
