Responsibilities:
- Acting as agile expert and coach across Customers Oracle Practice team
- Mentoring junior Scrum Masters
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, release planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration demos, and iteration retrospectives
- Driving the team to maintain their tools, especially Rally.
- Implementing metrics for the team as catalysts for change
- Reminding the team of their arrangements and commitments
- Helping the team to continuously follow and improve their processes.
- Coaching team members directly, including management.
- Minimum of 6 years experience on agile teams
- Minimum 2 years as a ScrumMaster
- 2 years of hands-on experience with an Agile ALM tool (Rally, Atlassian Suite, Version One)
- High level understanding of various Oracle modules & process flows (A2C, P2P, H2R & Q2C flows)
- High level understanding of Oracle development tools in R12/Fusion framework
- SAFe for Teams certification. SAFe ScrumMaster is preferred.
- Hybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches.
- Experience in managing projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle or least 2 full lifecycle implementations in the role of PM and/or SCRUM Master.
- Strong skills related to risk and issue identification and management of mitigating actions
- Experience in planning, execution, and management of Integration and UAT test events, with at least 2 differentprojects performing the role of test manager and/or SCRUM Master.
- Background and prior experience managing teams as a Business Analyst, Functional or Technical Consultant,
Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Organizational Change
Management. - Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Train the Trainer and/or End user traning
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility,
solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives. - Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and
external resources, while holding team accountable for performance. - Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and
oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
