Form of work- 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- 2+ years of experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
- Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
- Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
- Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders
- Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team
- Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development
- Knowledge in Version One or related tools
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work with multiple teams for co-ordination
- Agile certification is a plus
