Role: AI-Client Scrum Master / System Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 8+ Months
Responsibilities:
We need a seasoned IT Scrum Master / System Analyst who can assist with data analysis and Scrum Master activities. At least 3 years of Scrum, SAFe data delivery team leadership experience and/or 6 years technical delivery experience in the data integration, AI/Client, and/or BI space.
The candidate should be proficient with JIRA, should be an exemplary communicator and should have leadership experience with cross functional, multi-site teams focusing on data project delivery. In addition to leading Agile ceremonies and helping review user stories, the candidate should have enough data technical acumen to help assist with data research analysis activities such as helping flesh out and document business requirements, conduct deep hands-on data analysis, help coordinate between business, data scientist and developer resources to design end to end data flows and to deploy AI/Client models. The candidate should have Strong sql and data understanding skills. Since this hire is for an AI/Client team- having an understanding of AI Model development and Python, R and/or SAS models is important and/or experience working on AI/Client development projects. This role is envisioned to be around a 50/50 analyst, Scrum Master split role
Skill Requirement
- Experience with team collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Visio, Powerpoint required - Formal Agile training and experience required. Certification (CSM, PSM) a plus
- 5+ years hands on experience with using SQL and/or HQL using sql emulators like SQL Developer or TOAD to conduct data analysis is required
- Data platform exposure to one or more of the below platforms: - Oracle Relational Data warehouse
- Hadoop: Flat file and/or Hive and/or Impala and analysis using tools like Hue
- AWS: (Athena, Snowflake, Sagemaker) - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, D3) a plus.
- Knowledge of QA test automation and bug tracking tools and techniques a plus.
- Knowledge of CICD tools such as GIT/ Stash a plus. - Unix/ Linux command line experience and shell scripting is a plus.
