Job Description: ProCare Therapy is hiring in Limon, CO! ProCare Therapy has an open contract position for a Part-Time School Social Workerfor the remaining school year!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students.
- Provide counseling, support, and collaborate with school staff.
- Attend IEP meetings and connect students to community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Social Work
- License in Colorado
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Illinois school laws and regulations.
- School experience preferred.
