School Substitute Pediatric 1:1 Rn (Starting Pay $50/Hour)

Peotone School District is in need of an on-call pediatric 1:1 nurse for a student with complex medical issues. The sub nurse shift would include the transport to/from school and duration of the school day for the student (Approximately 7:30am-3:30pm). Previous experience with vent/trach care and hoyer lifts preferred. Paid training will be required to acclimate to the student and plan of care.

This job has physical demands which include helping the student in a power wheelchair navigate the school setting and transport medical equipment, medication to/from the home on the school bus.

Starting pay is $50 an hour for the qualified applicant.
