School Nurse For Summer Program

Grade Point Resources is now recruiting a registered School Nurse for our extended school year Summer Program in Swissvale for the Woodland Hills School District. Hours and days are as follows:

June 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27, 28, July 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10. Note: July 4, 5, 19, 25 are off.

Pay is $29 per hour.

Hours are 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. per day (5.50 hours per day)

Duties include:
- Perform physical exams on students
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide first aid and emergency care for students and staff
- Implement healthcare plans for students with chronic illnesses
- Maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license for school nursing in Pennsylvania
- At least one year working in a school setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Available to attend all days of the program
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
