Qualifications
-Must be an experienced school leader (principal, vp, AA, headmaster, dean) with proven track record
-Minimum requirements include a master's degree and 3 years of educational leadership
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in education
-Must have stable job references. No job hoppers.
-Must have experience with behaviors, special needs, inclusion
-Must possess leadership skills
-Must possess supervisory skills
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
-Must be able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions
-Must have good judgment
-Must be able to work under a high stress moments
-Able to adapt to changing work priorities and maintain a high-level of confidentiality
-Able to exhibit tact and patience in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently, and meet deadlines
-Able to work both independently and as a team member with other individuals and organizations
-Ability to organize tasks and handle multi-tasks simultaneously
-Must be computer savvy
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Background check and fingerprinting clearance
-Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities
Serve as a leader in the private school
-You will be leading the implementation of the mission and vision of the School and providing strong organizational and instructional leadership.
-Demonstrate that student learning is their top priority through effective leadership actions that build and support a learning organization focused on student success
-Champion the mission and vision of the School within the School community and the community at large
-Direct the activities of the staff and students and ensure a safe, orderly, and smooth functioning environment conducive to learning
-Assist to develop and administer the annual master schedule, working in conjunction with other school administration
-Supervise and evaluate teachers
-Maintain high standards of student conduct and enforce discipline as necessary
-Implement school improvement plans, standardized testing, remediation, collection and reporting of data as required, and the development of special schedules and testing procedures as necessary
-Collaborate with administration team regarding new or changing instructional methods, materials, strategies, and programs
-Develop and/or implement plans for staff development for the building of professional growth and enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching
-Organize and Attend school events throughout the year
-Recruit students for the School and maintain enrollment
-Establish business partnerships and positive relationships with community leaders; and initiate fundraising activities
-Maintain high visibility at school and in the community
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Board.
