Learn about the role of Coach for Instructional Empowerment
Change Students' Lives!
IE is now taking applications for upcoming openings.
Instructional Empowerment (IE) works with educational partners to eliminate generational poverty through systemic change in K-12 core instruction. As a leading provider of professional learning solutions for schools and districts, IE strives to ensure that all students not only have access to a rich and rigorous, equitable learning environment but also have the skills and knowledge to ensure the equitable outcomes that provide for their future. The pathway is provided to our partner schools through professional development, coaching, and research-based pedagogy. We do this through the guiding principles of IE's Applied Research Center. Our approach is measurable, replicable, and reliable.
IE's mission drives our culture. Our work is focused on elimination of generational poverty and through education. Faculty engage in learning opportunities that allow us to be better stewards of instructional equity as individuals and as a team.
"Our why is to end generational poverty and eliminate achievement gaps through transformed core instruction. All races, of all cultures, of all backgrounds, and all socioeconomic status have an equal capacity to develop high agency."
