School Custodian / Janitorial (With Benefits)

Job Description

Looking for a responsible and mature custodian to clean in a private school facility. Applicants should have 3-5 years experience as a School Custodian. You should have the physical endurance to cover a large space, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, use stairs, climb small ladders, and be on your feet the entire shift. Full-time 8 hour afternoon shift, 2p-10:30p during the school year and during breaks.
Experience in stripping/waxing, buffing, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dust mopping, event setups, empty trash, cleaning the cafeteria. Spread salt and help keep entrances clear of snow during winter months.

Having your own transportation is ideal, due to limited public transportation schedules. Must demonstrate steady employment history to be considered. Must be dependable and work well with others. Must be drug free. Customer requires applicants to submit to a Criminal Background Check
