School Custodian In East Cobb

Location: East Cobb County
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30PM-7PM. *schedule will change over the summer to 1st shift*
Responsibilities: 

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing designated areas such as classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices. 
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including playgrounds and parking lots.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel. 
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for schools events or activities as requested.
• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Must be flexible with job duties and schedule.

Requirements: 

• Applicant must be able to be on feet, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred
• Must be able to stay the full length of shift.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to undergo a fingerprint check ($39.75 cost to applicant)
