Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position at a local school for the uping Academic Year. The selected candidate will play a vital role in assessing and diagnosing munication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and effectively municating with patients' families and caregivers. The specific caseload for this position will be determined at a later stage. Currently, the director is diligently reviewing candidates' backgrounds and conducting interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive diagnosis and treatment of munication disorders
- Create customized treatment plans to address the unique needs of a diverse patient population
- Educate patients and their families on the causes and impact of speech disorders
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress, care plans, and therapy sessions
Experience:
- Previous experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology is a prerequisite
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a school setting as an SLP
Education:
- Possession of a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is mandatory
- Full accreditation (CCC) is highly desirable
- pletion of at least the Clinical Fellowship Year is a requirement
