Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness is searching for a full time, compassionate School Based Program Manager to provide leadership mental health treatment and community services in the school setting. Some in-home and community- based services that support the family system may be provided. Developmentally appropriate practices to enable children to have their needs met and improve the quality of their lives. Provide training and support, to the other Child and Adolescent School Therapists as needed to assist them with getting acclimated to the agency, the schools, and the unique community therapist/school counselor role. Work within agency policies and procedures and within state and federal statutes and professional code of ethics.

Services include mental health programs for adults, children & families, case management, chemical and problem gambling treatments, peer services, domestic violence perpetrator treatment, co-occurring disorders, medically assisted treatment, psychiatric prescribing, trauma sensitive primary care, and 24/7 mobile crisis services.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A. degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and certification as a mental health professional
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
- A minimum of at least 2 years experience working with at risk kids.
- Experience in providing counseling services to individuals and groups.
- Detail and deadline oriented.
- Technical knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency to document in the electronic medical record (EMR) and utilize telehealth and Microsoft office suite.
- Undergo and pass criminal background check upon initial employment and any subsequent checks required by the agency.
- Meet requirements of agency’s drug free workplace policy.
- Excellent customer service with a client focus.
- Able to sit, stand and move for long hours at a time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle and be able to meet requirements to be insurance on WBHW insurance plan.
- Able to drive in daylight, darkness, and typical Northwest weather conditions.
- Meet the current Washington health care vaccination requirements for health care workers.
