Virtual School Based Occupational Therapist (Ot) - Washington

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a virtual capacity in a district near College Place, WA.

Hours: 32 hours per week
Caseload: K-12

Additional Information:

• Interview: Further details will be provided during a Zoom interview directly with the district.
• Compensation: Competitive pay - negotiable - starting at $40+/hr

• Position Type: 1099 Position (Independent Contractor)
• Insurance Requirement: Must obtain at least a $500,000 liability insurance policy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
• Provide virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' participation in school activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide virtual therapy services effectively.
