SalaryMaple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, is seeking aScheduling Manager for our Assisted Living and Skilled facility. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday- Friday 9a-5p with some flexibility. The pay for this position has a salary range of $53,000-$58,000 annually. Pay is based on prior experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years working as staffing scheduler for a Nursing facility. Has some knowledge of working with UKG software (WFM/Dimensions & Ulti Pro).
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, managing, and updating employee schedules based on business needs: meeting PPD goal.
- Communicating with employees to ensure that they’re aware of their schedules and any changes that may occur.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, time off, and other scheduling related data
- Resolving any scheduling concerns and issues promptly and efficiently, within business hours
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling software and tools (UKG WFM/Dimensions & Ulti Pro)
- Collaborate with department heads (AL and SNF) to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new hires.
- Assist with new hire Nursing orientation.
