Cronkhite Homes is in search of a Scheduling & Logistics Specialist to play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing the schedules of our valued trade partners for various residential construction projects. As a Scheduling & Logistics Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining project efficiency and delivering dream homes on time.

Responsibilities:

-Trade Partner Scheduling

• Develop and manage schedules for trade partners involved in residential construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

-Resource Allocation

• Collaborate closely with project managers to allocate trade partners effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are assigned to the appropriate projects.

-Critical Path Analysis

• Identify and analyze critical path activities within trade partner schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.

-Communication Hub

• Act as the central point of contact for trade partners, keeping them informed of schedule changes, project updates, and any specific requirements.

-Risk Mitigation

• Continuously monitor trade partner performance, identifying deviations from the plan and suggesting corrective actions to minimize project delays.

-Scheduling Software

• Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create, update, and manage trade partner schedules.

-Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of trade partner schedules, progress reports and any modifications or adjustments.

-Collaboration

• Foster strong working relationships with trade partners, ensuring open lines of communication and effective coordination throughout projects.

-Process Improvement

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance scheduling processes, implement best practices, and increase efficiency in trade partner management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in trade partner scheduling within residential construction
• Proficiency in scheduling software
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
