SalaryCityCARE Home Health is seeking an experienced Client Scheduling Coordinator.
As client coordinator you will be responsible for placing caregivers with families, meeting compliance requirements related to hiring caregivers, exceeding state compliance expectations involving clients, and working on other state compliance requirements related to Home Care. In addition you will be inputting care notes, establishing care plans, being primary contact between clients, families, and caregivers. SANDATA EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

In order to secure this position, you must have the following:
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi tasking skills
