Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules for your caregivers & clients for best possible matches
- Use company software to manage clock in and clock outs and confirm shifts daily
- Provide solutions in the form of a service plan.
- New client / caregiver onboarding for your client
- Talk to family members about changes in schedule
- Create and maintain client records including, logs, live in time sheets, and notes.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to modify service plans to best support the ongoing needs of clients.
- Perform 60-day reports
- Manage emails and text message
- Interview and hire caregivers to join your team
Qualifications:
- Scheduling or personal care experience required
- Knowledge and proficient with computer use
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must have own transportation
- Schedule Monday through Friday from 8a-4:30p
- Perform Paid On-Call rotation duties 1 in every 4 week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
