Dispatcher/Scheduler Associate

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Field Distribution Scheduler to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bethlehem, PA.

Job Title: Field Distribution Scheduler
Work Location: Bethlehem, PA
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Works with inventory control and other CC functional areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specified equipment to customers.
• Coordinates installs with sales or account managers.
• Uses database and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and process workflows.
• Pre-calls customers to set up Deliveries, pick-ups and relocations.
• Prints and scrubs the Ad Hoc Report.
• Prints BOL's. Updates the delivery system with scheduled date and notes.
• Emails delivery notifications to Order Processing.
• Updates Oracle DFF notes, CC notes or the Zoom Screen.
• Creates Manual orders in the delivery system when needed.
• Responsible for scheduling orders in staging to ensure the CC hits cycle time requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Seeking experienced candidates with scheduling orders, answering customers questions, customer service
• Previous experience as dispatcher or scheduler and transportation industry is best.
• There is no lifting involved.
• Must be Detail oriented with customer service experience and computer literacy.
• Prefer the customer service to be in a warehouse type environment to understand the movements etc.
• Computer Literacy- MS Office Suite a must
• Someone that is comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to schedule orders.
• Good Business acumen
• Dress Code is Business casual, no ripped jeans, athletic clothing to include leggings
• Parking is free.
• Must be able to work the schedule posted.
