Scheduling/Inbound call receptionist Job Post

Summary

We are searching for a reliable Scheduling/Inbound call receptionist to perform various office duties, mainly scheduling to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently. Our Front Office team member will work directly and indirectly with patients and healthcare practice staff to collect demographic and insurance information and maintain patient records.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering phones, making, and verifying appointments

• Greeting patients with a smile.

• Updating patient information such as demographics, photo, emergency contacts and insurance information with utmost accuracy.

• Taking complete messages for providers, to ensure a timely response.

• Assist patients with completing various forms.

• Maintain office cleanliness.

• Assist management in maintaining the office inventory and placing orders for new supplies as needed.

>Triaging phone calls to ensure patient safety and urgency of appointment.

>Being well versed in scheduling templates.

Front Office Clerk qualifications and skills

• 2+ years of experience working in healthcare or customer service

• High level of professionalism

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Positive attitude
