In this key role, the Scheduler/ Receptionist assists by performing specific clerical functions for the Barnegat Imaging Hub.
Prior front desk experience in a medical office - preferably radiology
- ªProfessionally greeting and checking in patients
- ªExcellent phone skills, friendly, courteous and professional
- ªKnowledge of scheduling appointments
- ªFull knowledge of HIPAA Rules and patient privacy and confidentiality
- ªExcellent customer service skills
- ªExcellent computer skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- ª100 percent reliability requirement.

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of RIS/PACS, mammography tracking system and centralized scheduling system
- Prior experience in either Radiology or a hospital/medical office setting
- Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.
