Scheduler- Commercial Construction

Generate conceptual schedules independently or with minimal input from the project team, which can then be discussed and improved upon by the team. Ideally, seeking individuals proficient in both scheduling and 3D modeling. Additionally, establish and manage a database containing estimated durations for specific project activities and overall project durations.

Requirements

Education

B.S. Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.

Strong working knowledge of cost-loading scheduling.
Strong working knowledge of LEAN scheduling.
Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera 6
