Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Scanning Specialist to join our team. This position requires someone who can sit and stand for extended periods and meticulously follow instructions. Ideally, you are intrinsically motivated to achieve both personal and company goals. You will enjoy a diverse workload, providing you with the opportunity to develop new skills and experience various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Scan comic books and original comic book art using company software.
• Ensure proper job setup and output location for scanned items.
• Perform quality control on work received from Prep, verifying accuracy before originals are stored.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any major)
• Ability to pass a background and credit check
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
• Advanced computer skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Friendly personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Strong sense of accountability and sound judgment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive tasks
• Previous experience with document preparation, indexing, or data entry is a plus
