- participate in both paid asynchronous and face to face resource training provided before tutoring program begins
- assist students in small groups and help them improve their math/reading skills;
- monitor student progress,
- identify areas needing improvement through informal and formal assessment;
- develop with campus staff prescriptive tutoring resources,
- attend monthly meetings with Tutoring Program Leaders
Requirements:
- college degreed
- possess strong communication skills
- availability to work during the school day
- ability to prepare reports
- ability to collect and record data
