Responsibilities
- Provide repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility.
- Said skills shall be performed with minimal instruction as determined by the immediate supervisor.
- Be able to troubleshoot basic problems with plumbing, lighting, room temperature, tube system, fire alarm, and energy management systems as determined by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver License
- One (1) year of previous experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance.
- Drivers License, with good driving record for the past 5 years
Preferred Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
