QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work with students on a consistent basis during the 2023-2024 school year
- Ability to participate in all required training
- Texas Teaching Certificate
- Earned college credit in education or related field
- Bilinugal (English/Spanish)
- Experience working with students
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Establish and maintain rapport with students
- Ability to follow literacy, math, science, and/or social studies lesson plans dependeng on tutoring assignment
- Basic record keeping and documentation
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
